PREAMBLE

Article 1 | Conditions

The seller being IMODEL.fr, the buyer is defined by the company or the person accepting these terms of sale. Consequently, the buyer acknowledges that he is perfectly informed that placing an order on the IMODELDISTRIBUTION.com website implies the acceptance of the conditions of sale described below without the handwritten signature of a document. The fact that the buyer clicks under the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature that has the same value between the seller and the buyer as a handwritten signature in application of Article 1316-4 of the Civil Code resulting from of the law 2000-230 of March 13, 2000 on the electronic signature. Article 2 | The prices

The prices listed on the IMODEL website are inclusive of VAT in Euro taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. IMODEL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the validity of the offer and the price is the current day, that is to say that the offer and the price appearing on the site are only valid on the day of the order and will be the only ones applicable to the buyer.

Article 3 | Delivery

The delivery is carried out by the Post office either in direct delivery to the buyer or by notice of provision. Professionals can be delivered by handing over the goods to a carrier. On delivery, all claims, to be taken into account, must be reported in writing to the carrier.

Article 5 | Right to retract

Article 6 | Guarantee

The seller will apply the warranty on returned products on time. If the repair requests the return of the material from the manufacturer, the seller can not be held responsible for the delay due to the manufacturer or the time of transport.

Article 8 | IT law and freedom

Article 9 | Retention of title

Article 10 | Attribution of jurisdiction

The commercial court of Marseille has sole jurisdiction between the buyer and the seller in terms of payment, guarantee call or plurality of defenders regardless of the method of payment accepted or the delivery method.
