This mount reinforces the attachment and alignment of the lower hinge pins on the front suspension arms. Designed in France, this part is manufactured at our facility in Toulouse using 7075 aluminum sourced from Europe. A post-machining anodizing process strengthens and colors the surface. Finally, we apply a design to the visible surfaces using our laser engraving machine.

MADE IN FRANCE:

Hobbytech vehicles are designed and developed in France by our teams.

In recent months, the brand has decided to bring some of its production back to France, to its facility in Toulouse.

This investment in a production machine fleet will allow the brand to become more self-sufficient.

Our CNC machining center is dedicated to manufacturing optional upgrade parts for our vehicles, as well as parts for competition models (Spirit NXTE RR21, NXTEP GT21…).

The aluminum, sourced exclusively from Europe, is cut and then machined at our facility in Toulouse.

The parts then receive post-processing (anodizing, bending, etc.) from our local subcontractors.

Finally, we laser-engrave, package, and label the parts ourselves.

These “Made in France” products are easy to recognize thanks to our packaging, which is also made locally.

For every part we design and manufacture, we strive to combine strength, efficiency, and good looks.

To ensure our products meet requirements, quality checks are carried out throughout the manufacturing process.
