This spacer strengthens the mounting and guides the lower hinge pins of the front suspension arms. Designed in France, this part is manufactured at our facility in Toulouse using our machining center and 7075 aluminum sourced from Europe. A post-process anodizing treatment strengthens the surface and adds color. Finally, we add a design to the visible surfaces using our laser engraving machine.

MADE IN FRANCE:

Hobbytech vehicles are designed and developed in France by our teams.

In recent months, the brand has decided to bring some of its production back to France, to its facility in Toulouse.

This investment in production machinery will give the brand greater independence.

Our CNC machining center is dedicated to manufacturing optional upgrade parts for our vehicles, as well as parts for competition models (Spirit NXTE RR21, NXTEP GT21…).

Aluminum sourced exclusively from Europe is cut and then machined at our facility in Toulouse.

The parts then receive post-processing (anodizing, bending, etc.) from our local subcontractors.

Finally, we laser-engrave, package, and label the parts ourselves.

These “Made in France” products are easy to recognize thanks to our packaging, which is also made locally.

For every part we design and manufacture, we strive to combine strength, efficiency, and aesthetics.

To ensure our products meet requirements, quality checks are carried out throughout the manufacturing process.
